Issuer Monitoring Help and Documentation

Learn how to use the Issuer Monitoring Console to review issuer risk, open Radar and Behavior Feed evidence, inspect health, work watchlists and recommendations, check runtime metrics, and drill into a specific BIN's timeline, profile, memory, and action guidance.

Issuer Monitoring Console Overview

The Issuer Monitoring Console is the central launch page for tenant-scoped issuer monitoring. It combines risk ranking, monitoring health, watchlist workload, recommendation outcomes, and issuer-level investigation links.

Use it to answer:

  • Which issuer BINs currently present the greatest risk?
  • Are there new classification changes or watchlist escalations?
  • Is the monitoring runtime healthy?
  • Are snapshot refreshes pending or failing?
  • Which issuer cohort should be investigated next?

Monitoring Command Center

The command center arranges existing monitoring signals into operator-oriented panels. It is a composition view: the underlying tenant-scoped monitoring payload remains the source of truth.

Top Risk BINs — Review Risk

Opens or returns to the ranked BIN view. Use it to begin with the issuers that have the strongest current risk evidence.

Recent Classifications — Review Changes

Focuses attention on recent issuer-classification transitions, such as movement into WATCH, DEGRADED, or CRITICAL states.

Escalated Watchlist — Open Queue

Opens the supervisor queue for watchlist entries that require escalation or review.

Open Recommendations — Open Actions

Opens the Action Queue for recommendations in OPEN, ACKNOWLEDGED, or IN_PROGRESS states.

Runtime Health — View Metrics

Opens monitoring metrics, worker state, supervisor state, and refresh-queue telemetry.

Improving / Resolved — Review Resolutions

Returns to the monitoring view to review issuers with recent recovery-oriented or resolved transitions.

Top Risk BIN Panel

Each row is clickable and opens the Behavior Timeline for that issuer BIN.

BINThe issuer cohort identifier.
CRITICALHighest urgency; critical health evidence exists.
WATCHWarning evidence exists and should remain under observation.
SIGNAL_ONLYMonitoring events exist, but issuer-health rows are not yet available.
RadarCount of Radar evidence represented for the BIN.
FeedCount of Behavior Feed entries.
HealthCount of issuer-health rows.
EventsCount of monitoring events.
Classification reflects available evidence A SIGNAL_ONLY issuer is not necessarily healthy. It means monitoring evidence exists, but health evidence is incomplete or unavailable.

Runtime and Queue Health

Runtime Health Panel

Summarizes pending refreshes, the oldest pending item, supervisor-running state, last status, and failed ticks.

Metrics Link

Opens the detailed Monitoring Metrics page.

Supervisor Queue Link

Opens the queue used to review pending or operational monitoring work.

Action Queue Link

Opens operator action recommendations and processor follow-up work.

Runtime Status

Shows supervisor, worker, and snapshot-refresh state. Values such as stopped, idle, and healthy should be read together rather than as a single combined status.

Queue Health

Shows pending, active, failed, and backlogged snapshot refreshes, plus the oldest pending age.

Monitoring Throughput

Shows issuers monitored, snapshots generated, health evaluations, classification evaluations, and monitoring events.

Operational Alerts

Identifies stale issuers, stuck refreshes, queue lag, or worker failures.

No operational alerts This means no stale issuer, stuck refresh, queue lag, or worker failure is currently visible in the displayed monitoring telemetry.

Watchlist Operations Dashboard

Escalated Watchlist Entries

Displays critical, high, and medium watchlist pressure. Select Open supervisor queue to work the entries.

New Entries Today

Shows newly added issuers and new risk classifications. Select Review new activity to inspect them.

Aging Watchlist Items

Shows open watchlist entries older than one, seven, or thirty days. Select Review aging items to open the queue.

Watchlist Operational Queue

Summarizes assigned, unassigned, escalated, and overdue entries. Select Open worklist queue.

Watchlist Trends

Summarizes items added, removed, resolved, and escalated. Select Review watchlist trends.

Recommendation Outcome Tracking

Recommendation Pipeline

Shows recommendations by lifecycle stage: Generated, Open, In Progress, Completed, and Expired. Select Open action queue.

Recommendation Outcomes

Groups completed outcomes as Successful, Neutral, or Unsuccessful. Select Review outcomes.

Recommendation Aging

Shows recommendations open longer than one, seven, or thirty days. Select Review aging actions.

Recommendation Effectiveness

Shows whether recovery improved, stayed unchanged, or deteriorated after recommended action. Select Review effectiveness.

Recommendation Queue

Summarizes assigned, unassigned, escalated, and overdue recommendations. Select Open recommendation queue.

Start Here Workflow

  1. Review Radar: Find the strongest issuer behavior signals.
  2. Open Behavior Feed: See what changed and why it was elevated.
  3. Check Issuer Health: Validate warnings, critical states, and health rows.
  4. Investigate Cohort: Open the primary BIN's timeline and related views.
Recommended operator order Radar identifies the signal, Behavior Feed explains the change, Issuer Health validates the condition, and the cohort timeline provides historical context.

Operational Summary Cards

Radar Detections — Review RadarOpens the Radar page and shows detection volume and high-confidence count.
Behavior Feed Entries — Open FeedOpens prioritized behavior entries and high-priority count.
Issuer Health Rows — Check HealthOpens health rows, warnings, and critical counts.
Primary Issuer Focus — Start InvestigationOpens the Behavior Timeline for the highest-priority BIN.

Issuer BIN Directory

The directory lists tenant-scoped issuer cohorts discovered from monitoring evidence. Selecting the BIN title opens that issuer's Behavior Timeline.

Each card shows:

  • Current classification, such as CRITICAL, WATCH, or SIGNAL_ONLY.
  • Radar, Feed, Health, and Event counts.
  • Severity evidence, including warning and critical row counts.
  • The reason the issuer received its current ranking.

BIN Action Links

Timeline

Opens the chronological history of issuer behavior, monitoring events, Radar evidence, health changes, and related incidents.

Profile

Opens the current behavior profile and summarizes the issuer cohort's operating posture.
